| TERMS OF PAYMENT |
Payment will be debited from your credit card on the following
conditions:
If your check in date is less than 30 days from today, the
full amount will be charged.
If your check in date is more than 30 days from today, an
amount equal to one room night will be charged to your card.
The remainder of the balance will be automatically debited
30 days before check in. Your credit card will not be charged
if the room requested is unavailable.
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation made more than 5 days before arrival will
not be subject to a charge.
A full refund will be re-credited to the cardholder. A
cancellation made less than 5 days before arrival will
be subject to a charge equal to the amount of one room
night. In the case of a no show, a refund is not applicable.
Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail within 24
hours. You will also receive a hotel booking voucher which
should be printed out and presented to reception staff
on check in. |
